Start with an endpoint. Shape your request and see the response clearly.
Group your requests, name your environments, and keep context close.
Check assumptions with sample responses and planned automated checks.
A direction for shared context, consistent collections, and better handoffs.
We believe your workspace should fit your infrastructure. Self-hosting is part of the AFAMN product direction.

The product direction, compared with a typical manual workflow.
| Your API workflow | Manual approach | AFAMN.PRODUCT DIRECTION |
|---|---|---|
| Request builder | Handwritten commands | A focused request workspace |
| Collections | Scattered files and snippets | Organized in one workspace |
| Environment variables | Copy, paste, and replace | Named environment profiles |
| Mock responses | Separate fixtures and tools | Mocking in your workflow |
| Team workflow | Messages and manual handoffs | Shared context and collections |
| Code generation | Rewrite for each language | Planned request snippets |
| Self-hosting direction | Configure separate tooling | Your infrastructure, by design |

Here’s where AFAMN stands today,
and where we want to take it.
AFAMN is a product concept for a focused API development workspace. This site introduces the direction and includes an interactive frontend preview. It is not a released API client.
The product direction is shaped around frontend and backend developers, QA engineers, and teams who want to organize API work in one place. The current demo is free to explore, with no account required.
REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, Server-Sent Events, Socket.IO, and MQTT are part of the planned direction. Protocol examples on this page use static data; no network requests or live connections are made.
Mock responses are part of the concept. You can explore predefined responses in the workspace preview, but this version does not create mock servers, host endpoints, or intercept requests.
Self-hosting is a planned direction, not a shipping feature. There is no backend, published Docker image, or installable self-hosted release in this prototype. The command shown is illustrative only.
No. This is a landing page and frontend demo. Authentication, real API requests, saved collections, automation, team collaboration, and code generation have not been implemented. The waitlist form simulates submission and does not store or send your email.
Choose a Users API request and switch between Params, Headers, Body, and Auth. Edit the example URL and press Send to load a predefined response. The URL and selected environment never trigger a real request. Refreshing resets the demo.
AFAMN is a concept for an API workspace. All six protocols, mock servers, automation, collaboration, code generation, and self-hosting are planned. There are no accounts, persistent workspaces, published Docker images, or production API services.
The form checks email formatting and simulates submission locally. No email is transmitted or saved. This page uses no analytics, tracking cookies, or external API calls. A real waitlist will require a service integration and an updated privacy notice.
The placeholder Docker command illustrates a possible future installation. It is not runnable. A real release will need a backend, a maintained container image, configuration documentation, and a security review.
A more focused API workflow is on the horizon.
